About!

Hey y’all! So I am assuming you clicked this page to learn a little bit about myself and what this blog is about.  If not… well, um you came to the wrong place. But that’s okay because I’d love it if you did learn more about me!

Let me start off by saying hello! My name is Kelsey and I am a Disney addict. I am 20 years old and I participated in the Spring 2013 Disney College Program as an attractions and Hospitality cast member with the Walt Disney World Resort!, I am now embarking on my second CP for Fall 2014 Attractions! I have loved everything Disney for my entire life. I grew up with Disney, as I’m sure several of y’all have as well. However, I would say that my Disney addiction began in 2005. That was my first trip after not being in a Disney park for several years, and after that trip my family and I could not get enough!

I have known that I wanted to do the Disney College Program for over 10 years. I knew when I wanted to do it and couldn’t wait to apply. So when applications came out for Spring 2013, I just knew that it was the perfect time to embark on this wonderful adventure! So on September 6th, 2012, the day the application came out, I applied did the web-based interview, I had my phone interview on September 10th and was accepted on Wednesday, September 19th! I was lucky enough to extend my Spring CP into the summer with a new role in Hospitality at the All Star Resorts. Following the end of my Spring 2013 program I moved back to my hometown and decided that I needed to move back to Florida. With that in mind I applied for the Fall Advantage 2014 DCP, and was accepted into Attractions once again! I now live in Florida and am so excited to return home.
